These Terms & Conditions apply to all services provided by Renovation Core Limited. By engaging with our company, you agree to the following terms:

1. Estimates & Quotations
All estimates are provided free of charge and are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Any changes to the scope of work may result in adjustments to the quoted price.

2. Deposits & Payments
A deposit may be required to secure your booking and cover initial costs. Payment schedules will be outlined in your project agreement. Final payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3. Project Timelines
We will make every effort to meet the agreed deadlines. However, timelines may be affected by unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, material delays, or client-requested changes. We will always keep you informed.

4. Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide access to the site and ensure that the area is ready for work to commence. Any delays caused by restricted access or client-side issues may impact the project schedule and cost.

5. Variations & Additional Work
Any additional work not outlined in the original quote must be agreed upon in writing and may incur additional charges.

6. Materials & Guarantees
We use high-quality materials sourced from trusted suppliers. Where applicable, materials and workmanship are covered by a guarantee, details of which will be provided in your project documentation.

7. Insurance
Renovation Core Limited is fully insured for public liability and employer’s liability. Copies of our insurance certificates are available on request.

8. Cancellation Policy
Should you need to cancel or postpone your project, we require written notice. Any work already completed or costs incurred may still be chargeable.

9. Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute, we are committed to resolving issues professionally and promptly. If required, we are happy to engage in third-party mediation to find a fair resolution.
